Pete is a wonderful 22 year-old Blue Fronted Amazon. Pete is a very social bird that loves being out of his cage. When Pete is away from his cage, he loves to be scratched on his head and will grab your shirt to climb up on your shoulder. Pete loves to talk. His favorite words are “Good boy.” He also says, “hello,” “good bye,” and “Hi!” He will talk back when other humans or parrots talk, or when you walk by. Pete really loves to whistle too. Pete is a social bird. Don’t be surprised if you laugh and Pete joins in the laughter. He likes both men and women. He is not bothered by other birds. Pete loves being part of the flock.
