Smokey The African Grey is one awesome male African Grey. Smokey is a smart and spunky 25 year-old Boy who loves to make sounds. When Smokey came to us, he just spoke about 3words. He now sings and speaks over 10 words and he is learning new words every week. Smokey also mimics a few sounds, and he has picked up a few more sounds since he has been with us.

Smokey isn’t hand tame yet, we feel it won’t take much to tame him. Smokey will step up onto a stick just fine. We feel with a little bit of time, earned trust and patience’s, he will easily learn how to step up it shouldn’t take much to train him.

Smokey likes both women and men and other animals. Smokey just needs an attentive parrot handler, who is willing to give him the attention and training he deserves.
