Clyde is one; very loving hand tame Umbrella Cockatoo. We have been working with Clyde these past few months. He had a habit of getting possessive and jealous of anyone else getting affection in front of him. So he would lash out at the person who he is Jealous of.
He still may get jealous, so were looking for someone who will keep his history of being jealous of others in mind. A single e person would be a perfect companion for him.
Clyde’s adoption fee is very reasonable and it includes his cage and care package.
We prefer to place Clyde with someone who has experience with Cockatoos, and if possible a homeowner. Homeownership isn’t mandatory, although stability is imperative for his placement.
As a reminder, all Cockatoos can be vocal, and the demand a minimum of 9 to 10 hours sleep. Please remember that you must reside in a house to qualify to adopt Clyde.
Clyde dose speak a few words, and he is a big goofy boy who loves to cuddle and play.
