Billy is a wonderful boy who likes both men and women. Billy is a very spirited 23 YO, boy who loves to talk and mimic new sounds. Billy is missing a few toes due to a macaw who took them off in the past, so he may be fearful of macaws.

Billy has a large vocabulary and speaks over 20 words and phrases. Billy likes to dance, and he really enjoys TV, especially cartoons.
