Freckles is one energetic and talkative boy. Freckles loves everybody, and even loves to cuddle. Freckles has been with the same lady owner all of his life, as he doesn’t possess any bad habits or language. Freckles has never been around children, so we prefer not to place him in a home with active children.
Freckles is very timid and tame he is accustomed to being out of his cage as much as possible. Freckles is good with everybody and other parrots. Freckles has been around a dog and he barks like a dog too.
