Charcoal The African Grey came to us from a rescue of 12 other nameless parrots. We feel that Charcoal is a boy because he loves to talk a lot. Charcoal came to us nameless, so we have named him because of his feather growth. When Charcoal came to us, he was scared and nervous, but he has come out of his shell, and has started to grow his feathers back.

Charcoal isn’t that tame yet, we think in the past he was, but we feel with a little more attention and TLC, he will warm up to become a great tame companion for anyone.
