Chili Pepper is one very sweet hand tame 14 YO boy who loves to ride on your shoulder and or perch on top of his bran-new cage. Chili has an old roommate “Ruby” that he was living with in a large double wide cage. (Ruby is a 16 YO Female Parrot)
Chili is quite independent and will do fine on his own. Or he can be adopted with Ruby for a reduced adoption fee.
Chili’s past owner is quoted saying;
“He’s the most lovable, social parrot we’ve ever met. He’ll step up for anyone. He has never nipped or bit anyone.”
Chili is one affectionate boy who thrives for attention, and he does speak a few words, like Hi, Hey Hello, Ruby and more. On occasion he can whistle too.
He’s a very sociable and loving young parrot, who loves steamed veggies, chop and a variety of dried fruit & veggies and cooked foods.
If you know that you can give Chili the diet and attention he deserves, then please do apply to adopt him.
We’d prefer to place Chili with his old roommate Ruby for a reduced adoption fee. We recommend that Chili be adopted by a homeowner, but homeownership isn’t a mandatory requirement to adopt him. But the commitment of a lifetime of loving care is needed for him.
