Cosmo is a charming 7-year-old female Caique who prefers the companionship of men (sorry, ladies!). She loves head scratches, cuddles, and playing with toys. Cosmo is comfortable around cats, dogs, and other birds. She enjoys dancing to a good rhythmic beat and can whistle a few tunes as well.
Cosmo has a healthy appetite and loves treats, fresh fruit, beans, carrots, pasta, and a variety of fresh, chopped vegetables.
She also loves taking baths, whether from a warm misting bottle or by hopping into the sink. Cosmo truly is a joy. She loves riding on shoulders whenever she can and will even crawl into your shirt if given the chance. It may take a little time to earn her trust, but once she gets to know you, she will smother you with affection.
Cosmo is fully flighted and enjoys flying from shoulder to shoulder. We are seeking a loving home with a male companion who will continue to provide Cosmo with the attention, freedom, and affection she enjoys.
