Jack is one animated spunky boy who talks a lot (over a dozen words). Jack loves to roam around the floor, chatting it up and talking to the dogs when he can. Jack isn’t fully tame, but he’s trying to trust someone who will be patient and give him the time to warm up and trust them.
Jack was only with his last companion for one year, and then some medical concerns forced his rehoming. Jack was with his first companion for 16 years where he learned to sing and say, “The Roof’s on Fire!” – “Oh Yeah!” – “Wahoo!” – “Good Morning Jack-Jack!” – “Jesus loves Me” – and more. The most impressive mimicking Jack does is sing the complete song of “John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.”
Jack’s adoption fee is $4450.00, which includes his cage and care package. We can tell that Jack has a good soul with plenty of spirit. He’s a playful boy, looking for someone to give him the attention and TLC he deserves. He has a healthy appetite with an energetic demeanor.
We prefer to place Jack with someone who has at least 1 year of experience with medium parrots, preferably someone who understands the annual hormonal sides of Amazons.
