Jordi is one very special sweet Blue & Gold Macaw, don’t let her loss of feathers fool you. She was rescued from a very dark and moldy room with 12 other sick parrots back in January 2018. Although Jordi has had a jaded past, we have discovered that is a real one incredible parrot and a real Sweetheart and very loving.

Jordi is very special to us, she needs her daily TLC, and a daily routine of playtime out of her cage. Once she gets this, she will return her love back to you ten times over. She likes to be trusted out of her cage on a perch or tree.

Jordi is very a very gentle soul, she’s sensitive, and playful, and she likes both men and women, as long as you have the confidence needed to handle her. And treat her with the respect she deserves.

Jordi loves her fresh veggies and fruits, she has a great appetite and this is one way to get close to her to forge a permanent bond. Once you meet Jordi, you will discover her a wonderful sweet personality she has.

We’re looking for an experienced macaw handler to adopt Jordi. Someone who can appreciate her special happy personality after her rescue. Jordi has recently recovered from a hernia surgery, and she is on the mend, and is ready to start the next chapter in her life with a skilled macaw handler. Jordi likes both men and women, as long as you have the confidence in handling a large macaw. She will easily detect a novice handler, so you Must have experience with macaws to adopt Jordi.
