Lucky is a wonderfully spirited 44-year-old female Blue Fronted Amazon who prefers the company of a human male companion. Lucky is a good talker and says, “Lucky says hi!,” “Hello,” “Hi Lucky!,” “Hi guy,” “Pretty bird,” and much more. Lucky has also picked up a cat whistle, which she does quite well. We know she says more, but unfortunately, the son who called us about his father’s bird cannot recall everything that Lucky says.
With a little TLC and understanding, Lucky willAC likely say a lot more and possibly even sing. Lucky enjoys watching TV, especially cartoons and mellow programs.
Lucky prefers men, especially portly fellows, and will only tolerate the presence of a woman for a short while. Lucky is accustomed to table foods and some chop but will love eating with her new companion as long as she is given TLC and treated properly.
