We’ve discovered that some other local bird rescues offer their parrots with no cage and an odd description. Their adoption fees are higher, with photos of the conditions of their available parrots. (We’ve discovered that they do not offer veterinary records for most of their parrots.)

For the first 12 years RHU’ was raised with a large family, who spoiled her as much as they possibly could, Now Rhu turned 16 and has matured, she now is adamant that she wants to be the only female in the house. . (Sorry ladies)
Rhu’ now will barely tolerate the presence of women. She really prefers to be the only lady in the house.
Ruby’s adoptrs will receive these items in their care package;

RUE’ has a hardy appetite and very special diet of daily fresh veggies and fruit treats. She’ loves interaction, and recently has become infatuated with a widescreen TV, she laughs on cue with punch lines, gets over excited watching action movies, and sometimes talks to the actors.
RHU” has a small vocabulary of words so far, but we can tell she has the capability of learning more words and phrases with a little practice.
*You can find our basic Qualifications AND REQUIREMENTS to adopt a large parrot from us at the top of our adoption application.
*We prefer to place Rhu with only with a male homeowner that has macaw experience.*
